This website is operated by Galanga Living Pte Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Galanga Living Pte Ltd. Galanga Living Pte Ltd offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
 Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. Online store terms:
To place an order with Galanga Living Pte Ltd, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. 

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. 
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

This Website may also contain links to other third-party websites (henceforth referred to as “Linked Sites”), which are not operated by Galanga Living Pte Ltd. Galanga Living Pte Ltd has no control over the Linked Sites and accepts no responsibility for them, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. Your use of the Linked Sites is at your own risk and will be subject to the individual terms of use and service of each such site, if any.

Galanga Living Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of this Website or to your downloading of any material.

When you visit this Website, submit content to this Website (product reviews and/or questions) or send e-mails to Galanga Living Pte Ltd, you are communicating with Galanga Living Pte Ltd electronically. We may respond to you by e-mail or by posting notices/responses on the Website. You agree that all such notices, disclosures, and other communications that Galanga Living Pte Ltd provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
The law governing the use of Website and all transactions is the Law of Singapore. Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions is subject to Singapore Law.


Accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information:
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. 
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.


Products or services:
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.


Accuracy of billing and account information:
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.


Errors, inaccuracies and omissions:
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated. 


User comments, feedback and other submissions:
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments. 
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
 You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.


Payment methods:
All transactions on this website are processed using Paypal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Payment terms are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$). No foreign currencies will be accepted. 


Delivery information:
We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the time of your Order (and updated in the Confirmation of Order) but we cannot promise an exact date when you submit your Order or at the Confirmation of Order. We always aim to deliver within 3-4 working days from the date of any order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

We shall aim to let you know if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

On delivery of the Product, you will be required to sign for delivery. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for delivery. You need to keep receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it.

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges.

All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product.

You must take care when opening the Product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the Product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us.
If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
a) charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or

b) no longer make the Product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the applicable Contract, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the Product, and any storage fees as provided for in clause a) above.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are sufficient and suitable for your purposes and meet your individual requirements. We do not warrant that the Products will meet your individual requirements. You acknowledge that the Products are standard and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.


Delivery charges:

For the latest delivery charges please see our webpage "Delivery Information" in addition to these terms and conditions.

In the event that a single order has to be split into various delivery dates/locations/timings due to special requests and/or selection of delivery dates within the stated delivery lead-time period, all additional logistics charges will apply according to the above-stated guidelines with each timing per location considered as an individual order.

There are no installation charges, unless otherwise stated.

Free delivery is only applicable within Singapore mainland between 11 am to 6 pm from Mondays to Saturdays, excluding public holidays. We do not deliver to Jurong Island. Additional delivery surcharge of SGD 30 is also applicable when you choose a delivery timeslot that occurs after 6 pm.
In the event that the goods cannot be delivered on your preferred delivery date and/or timeslot due to reasons such as lack of stock from suppliers or scheduling difficulties, you will be notified the soonest possible. Galanga Living Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the delivery timings or to substitute the item model for a similar product of higher or equal value should such circumstances arise or cancel your order and refund you in full.

To qualify for free delivery, your delivery location must be accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area. If the delivery crew is unable to send furniture to your location via the elevator at the point of delivery (eg. furniture is unable to fit into elevator, elevator un-serviceable upon delivery of crew's arrival, refusal of elevator access by building management etc) we will assess (at our own discretion) the feasability of the furniture being carried up via the staircase in a non-hazardous manner. If the process is deemed hazardous, (e.g furniture or infrastructure prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway),  Galanga Living Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel the delivery. Upon cancellation, a refund of any of your prior payments for that delivery will be made by the same payment method used by you during the ordering, however this excludes a delivery surcharge of sgd 50 which will be borne by you.

Should delivery via staircase be deemed necessary and safe, additional charges per item will be as follows: First five (5) stories SGD 30. Above 5th floor amount will be agreed on the spot between you and delivery crew. Please note that this  also includes internal staircases in eg. shop houses and multi-stories apartments/houses.

To keep to the day's delivery schedule, Galanga Living Pte Ltd also reserves the right to reschedule an alternative delivery date and/or time should the initial timing of delivery be unfeasible for a staircase delivery. A delivery reschedule due to above circumstance will be charged at SGD 50. 


Warehousing:
Galanga Living Pte Ltd can store items bought by you in our warehouse for up to 30 days free of charge. After 30 days, you will be charged SGD 50 per month. 


Return and exchange policy:
We hope that you will love your new purchase as much as we do but if you change your mind, you have 7 days to return or exchange your goods. 
We accept returns and exchange for all non-customised, non-clearance items. Simply bring the merchandise back to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund/exchange/voucher. Please note that delivery charges paid by you will not be reimbursed. We are open every day from 10 am to 6 pm (except certain public holidays). Merchandise should be unused, undamaged, in a re-saleable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. Galanga Living Pte Ltd has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.

If you are unable to bring back the merchandise due to size or inconvenience, transportation can be arranged to bring the item(s) back to our warehouse. Restocking Fees are at SGD 50 for furniture pieces. 

For accessory items you can choose to return in original packaging by mail  - as per following procedure:
1.    Place the item/s in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box
2.    Write a note to us stating why you want to return or exchange to another product
3.    Place the note inside the package
4.    Close the box and tape it securely
5.    Please return to the following address: 211 Henderson Road #01-02, Singapore 159552
6.   Once we receive it, we will be able to proceed with exchange, voucher or refund. Please note that delivery charges paid by you will not be reimbursed.
      Please allow 3-5 working days for this. 


Clearance items:
There will be strictly no returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties for items which are sold as clearance items unless otherwise stated. The product description of clearance items will clearly state their defects (if any). A compulsory, non-refundable  delivery charge of SGD 50 is applicable  should you reject or cancel the order of a clearance item upon delivery.


Changing of delivery date:
Changes in delivery date should be made via email at least 48 hours before stipulated delivery timing. Please provide your order invoice number, which can be found in the confirmation email sent to you.


Changing of items:
Any changes to items in the order should be done via email at least 48 hours before delivery. Please provide your order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you. Orders of customized items cannot be changed once they are confirmed.


Cancellation:
We may cancel an order if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.


Cancellation by customer (non-faulty product):
If you wish to cancel your order please contact our Customer Care Team on +65 6475 2633 or email at least 48 hours before delivery. No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to the company according to guidelines provided by the Customer Care department (Please call the above stated number).


Proof of purchase:
Upon successful placement of order, an order acknowledgment containing the invoice will be sent to the email address that you have provided in the online order form. We advise you to keep the email or print the invoice out, as these are your receipts and proofs of purchase. You will also receive a hard copy of the invoice upon delivery and will be required to endorse on the invoice after merchandise has been received in good condition.


Warranty:
Our furniture comes with 12 months warranty on manufacturing defects (not including wear and tear or mis-use) unless otherwise stated. Our all-weather wicker furniture enjoys a 2 year UV warranty. 

If you detect any manufacturing defects or damages which are not due to mis-use or wear and tear, please take a picture and email to our Customer Care team with a brief explanation of the problem, including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, and date of purchase. We will contact you and arrange for our service team to assess the situation. In most cases, repairs will be done. If it is deemed beyond repair by the service team, we will exchange the product for an identical one, or similar one of equal or greater price, depending on availability. Galanga Living Pte Ltd reserves the right to make the final decision on whether to repair or exchange the product, as well as the replacement product, should an exchange be decided upon. 

You have the right to reject the merchandise immediately if the piece delivered is different from that depicted in the product description or picture you saw online.

Warranties do not cover wrongly assembled products by the customer. 


Sold out items:
Our online shop shows the complete Galanga Living Pte Ltd collection. If an item is out of stock, this will appear on the product display. In some cases, it is possible to reserve the item. If you choose to reserve the item, we will send an email as soon as the product is back in stock. However, this is merely extra service from our side, and, therefore, Galanga Living Pte Ltd cannot be held accountable for over-sold or discontinued products.

If a product in the online shop is shown as being in stock, and this is not the case, Galanga Living Pte Ltd cannot be held accountable. The product will be removed from your order and you will be notified.


Amendment to the general terms and conditions:
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on-line. However, continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
